Cremate or burried...does it matter?

I have a relative that is stressing over being cremated or burried. He wants to be cremated, but is afraid that once he is in heaven, he won't be in the same "place" as family members that were burried. Sounds kind of funny, but it is quite serious for him. What are your thoughts?
