If someone indicates on a job application form that they are a practising Christian, do you think it's...?

in order to ask them further questions about their views on ity and the ordination of women preists? I was just wondering because every employer has to ensure their employees keep in line with the non-discrimatory policies and procedures and if someone states they are Christian, can we not ume by implication that they are inherently ualist and possibly ist? I know your personal views on uality does not necessarily imply you are going to discrimate against s but it does beg the question how could you uphold the policy if you consider uality inherently wrong? If they think ity is acceptable then they are obviously going against the Bible which makes it emphatically clear that, as far as it is concerned, uality is not acceptable. In this case they would be going against the Bible and would have to question their faith. I don't mean to pick on Christians but it's the only religion I have any knowledge of, having been one.
