My understanding of hypertension in pregnany is that it could be external factors causing hypertension or it could be as a result of the baby causing hypertension.

Ok, so I have a miniature shnauzer that's about 10 or 11 years old so she's middle aged. She can be pretty hyper yet when she wants to be and gets a lot of rest. Anyway, for about a year now, she does this thing that's really irritating. Its like this high-strung burst of movement out of nowhere. Like she'll be sitting down and just burst away quickly. I bought and downloaded Norton Anti-Virus onto my computer, but it won't completely install... there's a prompt telling me I already have an anti-virus program that's using LiveUpdate, therefore I can't completely install Norton. I have SBC Anti-Virus through my DSL service, but that anti-virus program is no good. It obviously didn't detect the virus I have. Does anyone know how I can disarm it on my SBC anti-virus program so I completely install Norton? Has anyone ever faced this? I'm very frustrated. By the way, my virus causes all kinds of weird problems on my computer. It will create all sort of error prompts. I'm sorry, but the answer really is a maybe. It will depend on your school and your major. You can get in enough credits to graduate in two and a half years, but some colleges won't allow you to finish that fast, and you also might have trouble with getting the right courses to complete your major, because some of the advanced courses will have pre-requisites.

You should have no problem doing that, but when your computer starts up you have to push the boot menu shortcut (f something, it depend on computer) It should say it on BIOS splash screen. Then you have to select which HD to boot from. If you dont do this the computer will just boot from the primary HD

How Can I Help My Dog?

I recently adopted a 2yo mutt from a shelter. She came home perfect, housebroken, etc. In the last few weeks she has started peeing at night (while I'm asleep, always in the kitchen), and peeing and pooping sometimes while I'm gone. I started clicker training w/ her but she doesn't seem to "get it." I used cheese and liver and she stared at the treats without fail but wouldn't respond to me clicking for the behaviors. Every time I try to do anything with her, she rolls onto her back, if I sit on the floor she gets on my lap, if I pet her she follows my hand away and mugs it with her nose or jumps on me. She had begging issues at first but now knows she won't get my food. These are certainly small things, esp for a rescue dog, but I work in a job that I have people over to my house a lot and I can't have her in my face or their face. My feeling is that after her rescue from the shelter, her 'foster family' spoiled her rotten. I simply cannot have a dog that I can't train, I'm at my wit's end. Help?

well today in the lunch room i noticed there werent any equal amount of chairs around the tables so i made sure and there were! hahaha and after my breaks i have a sip or two of water and use one cup then after my break i do the same thing again hahaha and before opening a case of fruit or vegetables i sometimes tap 3 or 4 times and i usaully sit aslone on my breaks laughing out loud sometimes lol i am a 20 year old male i was diagnosed in august 2003 at the age of 13 and i also have asperger's syndrome and rarely look my supervisors or colleagues in the eye hahaha! =]:) and i also like to drink and get drunk a lot and hate being sober! i am from the Canadian prairies!

It also causes pre-mature aging around the eyes. If you have any family history of cataracts mabye you could get a note from your doctor saying you need to wear sun gles.there are plenty of medical eye magazines with articles about this. I was just wondering because every employer has to ensure their employees keep in line with the non-discrimatory policies and procedures and if someone states they are Christian, can we not ume by implication that they are inherently ualist and possibly ist? I know your personal views on uality does not necessarily imply you are going to discrimate against s but it does beg the question how could you uphold the policy if you consider uality inherently wrong? If they think ity is acceptable then they are obviously going against the Bible which makes it emphatically clear that, as far as it is concerned, uality is not acceptable. yes, it could be that she is a little closed. It sounds like shes trying to find herself with the whole i'm single thing. The reason why she may sound so cold is because 1 shes isn't that genuine to any guy unless their really hot, or 2 the way you are asking her these questions. Workplace relationships...avoiding fraternization?

I have a hard time defining a line between what is professionally friendship and fraternization, and I believe my effectiveness with my job is being affected. My job is white collar but at the junior end of the hierarchy. I do not think it is professional to be solely going out with my fellow junior white collar co-workers on off times. But am I wrong in thinking that? I mean, there is a line between work and play, and I should not be putting them both together, right? Hello, my name is Leslie. I'm almost 18 years old. My mom died while giving birth to my 11 mo. brother and my dad is a soldier oversees (we haven't heard from him in a while). Sudden fever in minutes?

So yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and started felling achy as the day went on. No big deal figured it was a cold. Today was the same thing cept a bit more muscle pain than before. My throat doesn't as much as yesterday though, but now im worried about this sudden change in temperature. I took my temp about 2 maybe three hours ago and it was 99.1. This was around the time the aspirin I took started to wear off. An hour later or just about it went to 99.3. couple minutes later its 99.5 and now its 99.8! Idk if this is normal or not. Is something wrong with me or my thermometer. Should I check this out or am I being paranoid and should just sleep it off?

I recently rented a ground floor apt with a private back yard in Manhattan,Of course it's surrounded by a wall, its shaded but adequete sun, I benefit from the trees next door , the outer edges have planters built and plants that already exist are growing nice. there is a walkway all around the yard and in the center there is a nice large big square of dirt(it would take a couple of pallets ofsod I would imagine, (the area was covered with wood chips last year by previous tenent.) Issue with +3.3V power supply on motherboard?

I have had an ASUS P5PE-VM motherboard for a few months now and I have started to experience computer lockups whenever I do something "resource intensive" - playing games mainly. I have now reliased that the +3.3V power supply is dipping all the way down to about 2.8V just before the lockups occur and I'm fairly sure that it's related. I have a Thermaltake 450W PSU so I'm positive it's got nothing to do with that. I just don't know what is causing it or how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Why isn't v-tec running after 94 accord transmission swap?

I have a 94 Accord EX, which HAD an auto transmission. After countless hours of toiling I finally finished it. Runs very smooth, no huge hiccups, and everything seems to be kosher. With the one exception that my v-tec no longer hits. At all. I have the correct ECU, everything was wired in correctly. I didn't have to rewire the distributor since I'm already at OBDI, I understand that it isn't going to hit very hard at all, but when it was auto i could HEAR it hit v-tec, whereas now I cannot. Any ideas?

I'm basically asking this for my older brother. Many may know him here as "Old Hippie". He'll read this sooner or later & get mad! Remember - he's pushing 60 with arthritis in lower back & knees. We went out riding early on Memorial Day & did almost 15 miles. He took his Mountain Bike which was a surprise to me. Afterwords, he said his lower back seemed OK - which is also another surprise. But he keeps complaining he should be able to do more. Two years ago he couldn't do 5 miles. On his Hybrid bike, I've seen him do 25-30 miles. I think he's doing fairly well considering he's lost about 60 lbs. Sure beats watching TV all day. Given his physical ailments, do you think he's pushing too hard? I think the world will always be bound by religion. Because everyone has a problems and people need to feel that there is something else out there than just us living our lives. Most people need something to believe in or they will feel like there is nothing to live for. Unless someday someone proves and has very good proof that religion is not necessary or not real maybe then there won't be religion. But in my opinion even if that does happen there will still be some people in the world that still believes. I'm sure people will still becoming up with new religions to fit they're faith and what they need or want to believe in though. Very good question though, makes you think. So in our backyard we have a basketball hoop on the driveway, little gardens all around, an old wooden treehouse, a large patio and rocks surrounding it, a birdbath, and a lot of trees. How do I get my horse to let adults ride him?

I have an older horse. He is about 15. He is half Thoroughbred and half hackney, so he is the size of a small horse/large pony. I have talked to a horse trainer, and he said he should be no problem to ride after a bit of work. Someone used to ride him, and he would throw her occasionally. He will let a child ride him, but he throws adults. I can saddle, groom, clean out feet, halter etc. I can bridle him, but he hates the bit. So does anyone have any ideas, without hiring a trainer? What would have caused my 1993 Ford Taurus SHO front penger side wheel area to catch on fire?

Haha that sounds bad but its not how it sounds. I drove it about 45 miles on the high way at about 70 to 85 miles per hour all was fine till the "Anti-Lock" light came on and then i started to smell something bad, I looked over and there was smoke in the cab. I pulled over and popped the hood and there was smoke but not a lot and not from the engine. I looked where it was coming from and it was the front penger side wheel, looked under the car and it was on fire right behind the wheel and the brake. The little rubber thing was melting and dropping fire. What would have caused this to happen? Would it be the brakes because of the "Anti-Lock" light? And also the sway bar linkage on that side is broken, would that have anything to do with it? Me and my family our going to Alaska for 9 days in mid August. I'm the oldest of five kids (I'm 15), and the youngest is 5. How do I avoid feeling rejected in this situation?

Recently, my boyfriend's sister moved into his apartment. He comes from an extremely traditional family, as do I. TTC, I'm using the charting method this month but i'm confused can you help me?

If you are just starting out charting/using opk's I would say go ahead and test again this evening, it can't hurt. When you first start out you are basically trying to get an idea of your cycles, so after the first month or two of charting hopefully your cycles will be predictable enough that you won't need to use opk's for as long each cycle. I usually get my 1st positive opk 1 day prior to o day, but it is different for each woman. So just to be safe so you don't miss it, I would say yes go ahead and test again tonight. Keeping a room free from smoke smell?

I'm moving in with my mom for a month or so because my dad had a stroke. I'm going to be staying in a room in the basement with no windows/vent in it. She is a heavy smoker. After my last stay, I realized everything I had smelled of smoke, even the clean clothes in the closet. Is there a filter or something I can put in my room? I can't go around reeking.

I'd recommend leaving her be until after she's shed. You've done a good deal of handling so far, so once she's shed she'll be back to normal and you can resume the handling.

I believe you now need to have both parents' consent in order to get a pport for a minor. As long as you have a pport for your daughter, no one will ask you where the father is. I have travelled abroad with my two children and it's never been an issue. How to lose a potbelly PRONTO?!?

Okay, so I'm a 12 year old girl, the last time I was at the doc I was "4'11" but I measured myself and I think that I grew an inch... I measure 33-29-35 (or 36) and I have a GIGANTIC, 33 INCH WAIST (belly on). Which is ironic because my friends chests are twice my size, yet their waists HALF my size and they eat junk like pizza, cookies, and ice cream while I haven't had anything like that in years. MY idea of bingeing is eating a skinny cow low-fat ice cream bar. I like my legs and arms but I HATE my potbelly, muffin top and love handles! My mother said my older siblings (who are VERY lean) were the same way when they were my age but I don't believe her because I have seen pictures and they still looked very skinny. I have seen mothers in their 40's who had better bodies than me. Please help me. I'd like to AT LEAST get my waist (belly on measurement) down to 25 inches, if not less. My mother does not support weight loss so don't recommend any crazy weight loss supplements.

My ex broke up our 2 year relationship last month, she deleted me off facebook and her friends did as well. You're on the right track - the more socializing you do, the better his behavior will be. Also, I'd try a lot of praise (and even treats) when he greets a dog "correctly" (with no aggressive behavior). If you approach someone/dog (or they approach you) and he starts to growl, raise his hackles, etc., try just turning around a walking the other way. Then, try it again. Keep at it until he just accepts the newcomer.

Why do i have to jump start my dodge durango every morning and i have a new battery in it?

i have to jump start my 99 dodge durango every morning. we just bought a new battery for it. after we bought the new battery it was starting fine for a couple weeks. then back to its old tricks. it just wont start. i dont think anything in the car is left on every night to drain the battery. it takes awhile to jump start it. it has been pretty cold but i dont think that could be the issue since the temp is about 20 degrees. can anyone please help me. it makes me and my husband so frusturated. thanks

my mom is going from 50mg of Metoprolol Tartrate (1/2 tab bid) to 100mg Metoprolol ER Succinate; her lisinopril also increased from 5mg to 10mg qd; Going up that much on the Metoprolol scares me, can I cut the Metoprolol ER tabs in half since they are extended release?? Her regular doctor did not change her hypertension meds, her neurologist did because I told him her BP had been high and headaches were frequent. Cant get in with regular Dr until July. Thanks.

Troy-bilt lawnmower!?

I just bought a new lawnmower it's a troy-bilt with a honda engine. It's a 3n1 push mower with a bagger. My mom bought the same mower about 3 years ago, and my brother brutalizes it (it mows about 1.5 acres each mow with tons of rocks) which made me want one after I ran it a little. How good is this particular deck/engine combo? I bought the same mower as my mom because it has lasted 3 years, but is that just a fluke or are the mowers really that good? Before the honda she has worn out a briggs or teseh mower to the tune of about one every year or two, and I backed over the back guard on my last briggs mower and locked the blade up...bending the shaft and destroying it. I will never buy a briggs again unless forced to! It was less than 2 years old! Are troy bilt decks good? You need to start working on your flip tricks. I would start with a heelflip, it is much easier that a kickflip. I have been skating for ten years and kickflips will still give me trouble some days. You need to learn flip tricks for the simple reason that EVERY skateboarding trick besides most grinds, grabs, and flatland require you to know how to kickflip and heelflip.

I am about get my diploma but in order to get into a state universtiy I would probably have to do a couple more courses and take the SATs over again ( i got a 1400 1st time). So I was thinking of going to a community college but I don't want to stay for a whole year. helo all. just a simple question here. hope u can give me your best. i cant get access to benchpress so i do weighted pushups instead. i weight 170lbs/77kg and i do pushups with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on my shoulder blades. so the whole 55kg weight is on me. i can do 12 pushups in a row with 120lbs/55kg person standing on my back. all the way up all the way down. and i think, when doing pushups, i push about 99lbs/45kg of my 170lbs/77kg bodyweight. is it? combined with 120lbs/55kg person standing on my shoulder blades, its the total of 219lbs/99kg. for 12 reps weighted pushups in a row. if it correlates to bench press, is it pretty much the same? can u please estimate and explain to me? and what do u think of this achievement for someone who weights 170lbs/77kg. stands at 5'11. hope u can help. thanks.
