I don't think it's possible unless you custom do it for a specific person. If it's too subliminal, they won't notice the message at all. If it's not too subliminal,, they'll consciously notice the message and might rebel against it or overthink it. Every person has their own threshold of how sensitive they are to certain visual images and so on. You'd first need to test that person so see what their sensitivity levels are. Then you can sneak in the messages you really want.
