How do i get this gurl to want me back?

.well we dated for 2 yrs 3 months..split couple times in that time...this time we split cause she said she felt tied down..and she has dated othere guys...but in the past she always told me no othere guys treat her as good as i do..everytime we split she say the same stuff...like no i can call her we talk on the phone...but we we go to hang up i say love you..and she says she cant say it cause i will take it wrong..i ask her if she wants to go out to eat..she says no all we can do is talk on the phone...but i send her emails telling her i love her...and tell her on the phone...finaly she told me yes i do love you and you could tell she was about to cry...its been about month and a half since we split...what i want to know is wat do i need to do?? give her time...i havea 6 page front and back note telling her how i feel.?do i give that to her and see wat she decides..she was the one always talking about a serouise relationship..and i was all for it..well thnks..email me you answeres.thn
