My cat has been sick for a long time?

My cat has been sick since we got her. We keep taking to the vet, but she isn't getting better with antibiotics. She was feral and my sister found her a year ago. She has what seems like a cold or allergies, and it won't go away. She has sneezing attacks with green boogers flying everywhere. She has one eye constantly watering, and she wheezes.
