My tattoo is wrinkly?

its been 5 days since i got my tattoo. i've been using a+d this whole time. and should i start using lotion? because its wrinky....i have been taking care of it well... do you think walgreens advanced skin therapy lotion is good? how many times should i use it? because i don't have lubriderm.... and are the wrinkles normal? should i stop using a+d?
