Repost! How do I talk to this guy! I'm in a bad situation sorta.?

Drop little hints, like a smile (like you were talking about), wave at him in the hall, say hello to him everyday. (I am currently testing this at school, cept with a girl) Try to find ways to see him more often, and when you do see him, smile, or strike up a little conversation. If he's smiling at you and looking at you a little more than a normal guy would, that's probably a hint that he may be interested in you.
