Why does the CIA get away with these illegal activities?

Oh, well, it says that eveyone should obey the law, but the CIA can always find bull **** loopholes. They've got money and power, and its gonna colapse soon. Power is unbalanced in this way and it's a sign that America is gonna fall soon. Nothing to do but make the most of your life.
