Is there corrective surgery for protuding inner lips.?

My inner lips protrude beyond my outer lips, too far than I'd like. I would like to know if ther is a surgery procedure that would correct this problem & what is the proper name. Also if anyone has had this procedure & what was your experience, cost, & healing time. This problem has hampered my need for ual . Everything else regarding my works like a fine tuned engine, (tight, atic), it just needs some body work. Serious replys please. I need physical contact other than myself!
